At Artistic Mind Era, every artwork is an exclusive one-to-one original creation. Once an artwork is purchased, it is permanently marked as sold and will never be reproduced or offered for sale again.

Because of the exclusive nature of our artwork, we maintain a strict limited return policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Purchased original artworks

• Professionally printed artwork prepared after an order is placed

• One-to-one exclusive artwork

• Any artwork that has been delivered in good condition and matches the order description
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will provide assistance only if:

• The artwork arrives damaged during shipping, or

• You receive the wrong artwork.
  

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear video of unboxing the artwork

• Clear photographs of the artwork

• Clear photographs of the outer packaging

• Since each artwork is sold as a unique collectible piece, a change of mind after purchase does not qualify for a return or refund.
